Hyland's Restful Legs PM, Nighttime Formula, Calms Agitated Legs so You Can Sleep, 50 Quick Dissolving Tablets

I’ve taken for several nights now. I waited to write a review until I was certain. I have developed awful restless leg at night. It has kept me awake for hours and sometimes the whole night. I was desperate. I reduced caffeine and sugar, but nothing helped entirely. And it seemed random or without warning. These pills do work, but I have to take several. I’ve taken up to 5 and try to stick with 4 or less. Still finding my balance. Maybe I can reduce to 3 eventually. Hope that’s safe. For the price, it is worth it. I find that the pills work all night. They are small and dissolve quickly. So, easy, inexpensive, effective, and long lasting. ✔️✔️✔️✔️

1st night using it, no leg jerks. Hoping this continues. My girlfriend said she got a great night sleep cause i wasnt kicking her all night. If this continues to perform, it will be a miracle drug!

I have spine issues which make my legs twitch at night and it will wake me up. This stuff works great and helps immensely.

I was despite. My husband has terrible restless legs at night & I had to put a pillow between us because he would kick really hard. It was continual all night. I won’t say it has completely stop the motion but he doesn’t kick. His legs use to go like he was running a race. Now it’s reduces & much gentler movements. He takes 2 at bedtime & I have reordered. Think I’ll bump him to 3 to see if it eliminates all movement. He isn’t Simone that will take things but this he doesn’t mind.

I Have restless legs and I am glad I have something that seems to help. I usually only have to take 2 but on bad nights might take 4. I feel the are effective and happy with getting some sleep.

I thought it would be total snake oil, but they 1000% work. I take 3 and I sleep all night. I’ve woken up in the middle of the night when my legs have been dancing and waking me up….take 3 and I can sleep with no problems.

I tried the regular Restful Legs when I first got RLS and it worked (still works) great! I thought a PM version would be helpful instead of taking the regular version plus melatonin so I bought it. I'm disappointed that the PM version isn't any better at all. It's fine, don't get me wrong. But, if you need the sleep component, this isn't it.

These are helping in addition to the leg cramp tabs. They are helping with the jumpy creepy crawling feeling I have always, in my legs. Being worse at night I was desperate to see if I could calm them if even a little.And they are helping. I will need to reorder more to not run out. Wish it came now in a big big bottle. I never thought my legs could be still ate rest, or lying down to try to sleep at night. Definitely give it a try.
