The sensors work great
I have had two rooms that are much warmer than the rest of the house. Decided to try this out and see if I could get those rooms cooler. To my surprise the sensors work great. I think the new thermostat works better than the old generation. I bought same brand so the replacement was easy.

great product. we have a fairly big house and i was quoted about $4k to install something to help with the air balance (I don't remember what they wanted to install) throughout the house but with the new generation nest, the distribution of air to the entire house is even now. It saved me money and we can enjoy air in all the rooms and the theatre.
