I first learned about this candy watching Asian drama series. It seemed people would take one when they were feeling a bit tired during the work day. I’m always eager to learn about Asian cultures, so I decided to try them since they were featured in more than one series.And I LOVE THEM! I'm pretty immune to the effects of caffeine (I can drink a cup before bed and still easily fall asleep).
