The star of the show THE LOTION has upped my husbands massage game x10It glides on my skin super smooth , it doesn’t have that oily greasy feeling that makes us steer away from massage oils due to the residue I feel afterwards. The lotion also keeps my skin super moisturized so sometimes I just use it after I shower lol. Also it really does have some kind of healing effects because I swear he rubbed it on my skin after a long day on my feet and I just felt the aches melt away.Only 4 stars though simply because I don’t understand the point of the spray lol. It definitely set the mood though. & only two ingredients in the spray is commendable.

I do like the product, and it definitely works. However, the spray—though marketed as an oil—tends to dry out my skin. I wouldn’t recommend using both the spray and the moisturizer daily unless your Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) symptoms are particularly severe at night.I suggest starting with just the moisturizer each night. If that doesn’t help enough, start fresh by washing your legs and applying the spray first, followed by the moisturizer. This layering helps lock in the product.Be aware that the spray might cause some initial itching—that’s normal and should subside. Some people don’t adjust to magnesium right away and may choose to rinse it off.Overall, it’s been effective for my RLS, and I’m glad I purchased it. My sleep has definitely improved.
