product is good but we should be careful while inserting the charger most of the time the charger socket gets inside and further you won't able to charge this and then it gets useless.

I bought this in Oct 2024. It was working well until a couple of days back. Now it requires warranty replacement as the product lights or the grid has stopped working. The battery also does not charge as it used to. The product comes with 6 month warranty. When a product is faulty, they offer a replacement promptly and without repeated excuses.If you truly intend to honor the warranty, please process the replacement immediately. Otherwise, be transparent and simply state that you do not intend to fulfill your warranty commitments. Rest assured, we will think twice or even a hundred times before shopping with you.

Racket is highly efficient at killing mosquitoes and other flying insects. Build quality is so good. It’s is so easy to use.

The media could not be loaded. First thing I Liked is the blue UV light. Looks elegant seeing night. Second is battery. It's long enough to come for 3 hours to make sure that it does its work. This is much better than other bats that comes with normal light. Why do we need torch in mosquito bat? BOTH SERVE DIFFERENT PURPOSE. UV light attracts mosquitoes and gets electrocuted on the mesh. Thus very useful while we are asleep. Also, the company is giving warranty when registered on their web site. Just do it.

Product is fine, but was shipped with a faulty charging cable. Quality control issue and a nuisance to return for such a small issue. Best choice is for me to buy a new cable?

It works really well. Just leave it in the ON mode, the mosquito flies towards the light and then cracks.

It's a nice product and does serve the purpose. When kept on auto mode overnight, mosquitos do get attracted and get killed. Slightly expensive but happy using for last 2 months. Gave one star less as the battery life does not last overnight unless kept on continuous charge.
