I had never tried any of Hollander products and this hit the ball out of the park. It’s a thick flavorful sauce-and all natural. Excellent substitution for Starbucks pumpkin cream cold brew when a few pumps are put into heavy whipping cream. My husband and I thought it was better than Starbucks. As you can see by the photo, it is shorter but much rounder than the large MONIN and davinci bottles. Highly recommend!

Ok so I can't stand the taste of anything pumpkin spice but I have always been a pumpkin pie girly and I saw this pop up on Amazon and decided to give it a shot and I'm glad I did. I was worried that it would taste like pumpkin spice but it does not it actually tastes like pumpkin pie and it's absolutely delicious. I have an espresso machine at home and I used this in white coffee. Super good and if you like pumpkin pie you should give this a shot! Also it got here super fast (2 days)

Bought this for homemade lattes and couldn't be happier. Taste great and it is not made with all the corn syrup and unnatural flavoring like their competitors. Real ingredient and taste just as good if not better.

I had already ordered the white chocolate sauce by Hollander and my husband and I LOVE it! I also like that this company uses natural ingredients, so decided to try the pumpkin flavor. As soon as I opened it, my husband and I tasted it straight out of the bottle and were both shocked at how great and intense the flavor tasted.However, when I used it in my coffee the next morning, I found the flavors out of balance. It is SO sweet. If you put enough in to get a noticeable pumpkin flavor, it's too sweet. If you put just enough to sweeten it, you can barely taste the pumpkin spice flavors.The sauce is also too thick, so it lives on the bottom of the coffee cup. You have to constantly stir it to keep it well-blended. That's not a problem if you're drinking from a mug at home, but is challenging with a full travel mug.I wonder if the recipe were tweaked to cut back on the sugar, would the decreased sweetness make the pumpkin spice flavors more prominent AND make the sauce more viscous, thereby killing 3 birds with one stone??My biggest complaint, however, is the large spice particles that settle at the bottom. It's really off-putting to get a mouthful of that in the last sips of your coffee. That's kind of a deal-breaker for me. My husband doesn't seem to mind any of those issues. He leans more towards sugary sweet coffee whereas I prefer to taste the coffee over the sweetness. He has complained about the spices at the bottom, but he continues to drink it in every cup, so we will likely purchase again, when he's buying! I will stick with the white chocolate, and look forward to trying this company's caramel sauce soon. As a side note, one pump of each of the pumpkin with the white chocolate is a great combination!Also, if you order directly from the manufacturer's Amazon page, it comes with a pump. This is a necessity for me as the bottles are HUGE and heavy so pouring directly from the bottle is challenging. I unknowingly ordered my 2nd bottle from another seller on Amazon. It did not come with a pump, as advertised. Since it's a non-returnable food item, the return process is not as simple as a regular return. I commend the other seller on their excellent customer service in resolving the issue, but would recommend ordering directly from the Hollander seller's page if receiving a pump is important to you.

I was paying $10 a day for two pumpkin chai lattes until I discovered what they were using for pumpkin flavoring and bought this! Now my brewed chai tea, ice and this pumpkin sauce at home is all I need to replicate this cafes drink.This is high quality and a great coffee flavoring too. I plan to try the white chocolate next.

This is quality goodness! I’m so glad I ordered this in August and patiently waited for it to be delivered yesterday. I just made my first espresso with one tablespoon sauce(1 pump) and one tablespoon of heavy whipping cream. So delicious! Toes are dancing and my day begins with a smile. This makes my third purchase and different item from this company. All are pleasurable treats!

So tasty and just a touch creamy. No chemical or artificial taste at all. Just delicious! I used tow pumps a day for my lattes and it lasted three months! Excellent value and taste and quality!
