Use it for over 6 months. But my monthly last for only 3 days. Great price, size, comes to your door, better then store price. They do last hours if your a heavy bleeder this will help. Change every time you use the rest room. if not possibly follow instructions. Hope that helps.

If not Comfortable fit do not force yourself to use, try smaller option. Every body is different. Everyone has different preferences for there flow. Personally prefer applicator it comes with.
