Terrific speedy service and a great product. Slightly shorter in length to Dyson head but extremely efficient. Gets in corners other could not reach. Very fairly priced Well made solid construction. Time will tell. Much cheaper but just as useful. Recommended

This attachment did not fit my V6. However, I cut off the sides of the connector and managed to make it fit. It works really but be aware you may have to adjust it.

I hesitated about this having read the comments about it being narrower than the original, however, it's not much narrower. It's given my Dyson V6 a new lease of life and for the money, was a lot cheaper and greener than buying a new cordless vacuum. If anything, it's easier to clean hair off the brush rollers than the original and seems to pick up just as well. Really glad I bought it.

I got given a Dyson stick cleaner, bit it didn't have the carpet cleaner attachment. I took a punt on this one as it was cheaper than the Dyson attachment, and I think it's great. I've been using it for a few weeks and it's a great everyday attachment, it gets in and around all the furniture and small spaces as well as larger spaces, so no need to keep changing heads. It picks up really well and is great on rugs, carpet and hard floors. Bargain price as well.

Bought this for my dyson v6 animal, as I'd lost the end parts to the authentic one over the years...Arrived and first impression it fits well to the dyson hand held, it picks up well, but, I was disappointed when hoovering carpet, the suction was too intense and the hoovering would stop thinking something was jammed. It would take one arm on the hoover handle, and another on the shift to hoovering abit more seamlessly... and with that being said, the attachment is smaller than the original, so it makes for a time consuming work out...Product works fine on hard floors.

Although slightly smaller than the original head, the brushes are thicker and longer which is better. A spring loaded clip means the brush bar can be taken out easily for cleaning. The connection to the main body of the Dyson V6 is secure. A very good price too!

Doesn’t fit the existing vacuum body. Even though it’s a Dyson v6 and body shell is dc62 so it may have been mis-picked or wrong model to select. Be sending it back for a refund.

It wasn’t compatible with my version of the dc62 I was going to return it, however I easily broke the clip around head fittied on without a problem or damaging the pins / head, it works well and pretty glad to have had found a way around making it fit with the my Dyson. I do wish this was clear on the sellers information page that it wasn’t compatible with all v6 / dc62 versions, a picture of the connector part would have been helpful. Anyhow end result I’m pleased to have cancelled my return and kept this.
