I was skeptical about using this foam/lotion but thought I would give it a try. To my surprise this stuff works!! If I have had a long day walking on the golf course or working in the yard I apply it to my legs at night before I go to bed and it prevents leg cramps all night. I even had cramps one night and I applied the foam to the affected area and in less that 5-7 minutes the cramps were gone!!Good stuff.

This product is a terrific invention. I have had very bad muscle cramps (Charlie horses) that usually hit me at night and even interrupt my sleep. This spray takes them away so quickly and I can get back to sleep, not to mention walk without pain. I love it and keep it by my bed. Highly recommend.

Stuff works as described. Carry it in my equipment bag for softball - when occasional spasm or tightness occurs just rub it in and I'm back in business in 10 minutes. I also use it preemptively if I don't get to stretch/warm up like I want....seems to help avoid strains or cramps.

Great product. Really works well. Only negative is that it smells like a bad perm. It really lingers on the skin. Other than that, if you're in pain, this really does help.

It works. Depends on when you catch the cramp. If you catch it when it first threatens, no cramp. If you are cramped, it reduces the cramp for a lot less pain. I suspect it shortens the spasm as well. Worth every penny.

AFTER YOGA,FISHING,WALKING SEVERAL MILES, I GET TERRIBLE LEG CRAMPS UPON BEDTIME. SOME ARE REALLY SEVERE. THIS IS THE ONLY PRODUCT IVE COME ACROSS THAT CAN RELIEVE THE PAIN. AFTER SPRAYING, THE RELIEF IS SECONDS AWAY.

Works well. It might take a few minutes that seems like eternally lol but really is not just. Take 5/6 minutes but works and that's all that matters. And last longer. Notice the cramps don't happen as often.
