These vitamins were recommended to try, I have only taken them for a little over a month now. I am taking it for my immune system and bone health but also feel that it is helping with my hair growth.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought this brand because I trust this brand from previous experience, but I must say I was very disappointed in how over packaged this product was. Really a 41/2” plastic bottle for 30 very small capsules? It’s time for company’s to get responsible with their packaging in plastics. I won’t buy this again because of that.
