I bought this for my mother and mother in law. They loved the taste, smell and effectiveness of it. They said that they are easy to swallow due to the size. Also this product has a lot of vitamin content. This is my second time buying it for them.

The pill is way way too big! Very disappointing. I don't have trouble swallowing pills but I need to concentrate swallowing this one because it is way too big and elongated. I find myself not taking it. I like the gummies but they are more money so I thought I would try the pill. If I get through this bottle I will go back to gummies or another brand.
