I usually wait for a while before submitting a review on a product. I want to see if it works a few weeks or months later. However, this time I must share my opinion immediately.Immediately after putting these casters on, I could tell a BIG DIFFERENCE. OMG! The chair feels so much different. Comfortable, it glides easily on carpet. Being a big guy, these casters are not crying out. The solid metal construction gives me peace of mind.Any chairs I purchase in the future with casters, I'll opt for these again instead of waiting for the original casters to break.

Worth the price. Extremely high quality. I was pleasantly surprised. They feel incredibly sturdy and offer good mobilityThese are good to replace plastic wheels, especially if you have hard flooring. This can definitely save your vinyl or hardwood flooring from damage. They glide very well. You may consider getting a floor mat for your desk/chair because these wheels roll way better than you might expect

The small plastic wheels on our office chair had become very stiff with age & internal dust; they no longer rolled well at all. These have a larger roller-blade style wheel (but not too large) that is mounted in a swiveling metal frame. They installed in about 3 minutes - pop out the old wheels and insert these. They swivel and roll easily on both hard surfaces and carpet. Breathed new life into that chair and made for a “Mr. Fix-it” moment. Great buy.

I was persuaded to get a set of these types of wheels for another chair. Then I changed chairs which had kind of the standard plastic wheels. I chose these because of the reviews and they work perfect. Glide nicely, are very sturdy, and easy to roll around with no fear of destroying the floor! Very nice wheels--frankly I am still surprised!!

I bought these because I'm all over my office between work and PC desks, and needed something with less resistance than the stock office chair wheels. But these are so smooth that when I get up just lightly bumping the chair will have it slowly glide across the room. It's a good problem to have.

They seem to operate fine and fit the chair perfectly. However, all 5 have the exact same manufacturing defect & some other small defects. I bought the black/clear option and it looks like where the rubber was injected into the mould, it melted the inside silver piece a bit. You can see it on all 5 wheels, each one it's right next to where the injection clearly happened (divot/not smooth on the outside clear rubber). In the first image this shows as a dark blob right next to where the rubber isn't smooth due to the injection process. Second image is what appears to be an air bubble. Neither the black blob or the air bubble appear to be anywhere near the surface of the injection, both are deep inside the clear rubber. This appears to be purely cosmetic.

This is my 5th time ordering these. I am a dentist and they are wonderful replacement for our chairside chairs. They do not leave a residue on the floor as the wheels that come with our chairs do. Very happy with this product!

I used the 2” ball wheels to upgrade the wheels on my Nestig crib, MASSIVE difference.If you wanna do same thing just get four 7/16 caster sockets, a 5/8 spade drill bit, 16 screws (drill pilot holes) and these AWESOME wheels.You can literally tap the crib with your finger and it rolls across the room on a hardwood floor.
