This is Great Food for Our Senior Savannah Cat
We have a 16 year old senior Savannah cat who recently developed a severe allergy to Turkey. She eats dry kibble free feed style and gets 2 small portions of wet food daily, one in the morning and one in the evening. She began to vomit whenever she had turkey of any kind. Even any wet cat food with "Poultry Solids" or "Poultry Gravy" will trigger a vomiting episode. We were encouraged to try a more limited ingredient diet, higher in protein for her and this by Dr. Elesey has 58% protein vs. the 34% that her normal dry food had. We purchased two small bags to try, in 2 flavors, the Rabbit Chicken and the Chicken. She took to the Chicken right away, but after a few days walked away from it, so I switched to the Rabbit Chicken. She ate the whole bag over a few weeks. We then purchased the Duck Chicken formula and she ate that whole bag but wouldn't eat the Rabbit Chicken anymore. Cats can be such finicky eaters as we all know! I still had the original small bag of plain Chicken she turned her nose up at the first week, and she rejected her wet Fancy Feast food in favor of the Dr. Elesey's Chicken dry kibble and has now eaten that small bag as well. All cats are different, and have different health needs but this food has worked well for this old girl, no more vomitting, she is playing again, gets the zoomies daily, and purrs louder than all of our other rescue cats combined.

Less vomiting
My three picky cats love this food and they seem to throw up less now. It's expensive, but it's nice not to have them throwing up every day!

Great option for my elderly cat
This food has helped maintain our almost 17 year old cat in her later years. We feed it as a topper or mix-in to her regular dry food. It is highly palatable, and seems easily digested. There have been no issues, and she gained some, much needed, weight. All our cats are find out this food as well. It's a little pricey, but I still think it is a good value for the quality

Does have Chicken in it
Tried the Duck and also the Rabbit. One of our kitties loved as do some barn kitties. My senior kitty had a horrible allergic reaction = chicken. Took so long to clear it off his skin, i felt horrible. Steroids, antibiotic (scratching so much) and chlorhexidine. Really wish the good stuff actually stuck to one protein 🚫 fish or chicken..common allergies for many cats. IDK. Keep a close look on their face, shows up there first most times.

Expensive & cats throw up
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I feel like this is a rip off of the real product because I bought this before from another seller and it was different. It’s also INSANELY EXPENSIVE compared to others ? I made the mistake of assuming it was a bigger bag because of the price, but no it’s TINY and it makes my cats throw up and that’s never happened before with this brand and exact flavor. This should NOT be the price it is

My Cat Loves this Food
My senior cat Tulip loves this cat food. I was looking for a quality high protein food, and this was perfect. I've tried the chicken recipe and the rabbit & chicken recipe.
