I've been using the Black & Decker BX440-B5 for a few weeks now, and it's been a great addition to my kitchen. The 400W motor is powerful enough for all my blending needs, and the 1.5L jar is perfect for making smoothies, soups, and sauces for the family.The two grinder mills are super handy—one I use for coffee beans and the other for herbs and spices. They grind everything to a fine consistency really quickly. The stainless steel blades feel durable and efficient, and I like the two pulse control options which give better control over the texture.Build quality is solid, and the fact that it comes with a 2-year warranty gives extra peace of mind. Horrible blender.. i cant use it . As everytime i try to use it it smell burn 🔥 and black stuff comes from underneath the blender and loads of smoke .. very bad quality or broken one i got

Machine and all the Jar’s are of very poor quality and broken after few months. The authorized service center in Abu Dhabi “Light house” couldn’t help in this situation and they are selling all the units with very high price and after refusing to buy they are offering discount and trying to make money which is really not good for brand like B&D. They are fooling customers need strong action against B&D and their authorized section centre.

Used it one time and it worked. The second time it did not start. It's not working now. I took it to a service center.Edit: it was fixed very fast and now it's working.

Worst product i have ever seen, even geepas better it worked for atleast 3 months. But this one worked for 4 times and done for 5th time usage of less than a month. While running smoke came from it and gone. It gone by just after 2days of my replacement/return policy. Customer cate said that company policy is repairing the product. I dont understand why repair required for a new one. Just a waste. Customer care said i have to drop it for a repair at they given location. That is also waste. Best to buy offline than online. No one bothers if bought from online even from amazon.
