Today, March 26, is apparently "Good Hair Day". Having a good hair day can boost your confidence and help you feel positive and upbeat. In celebration, I'm writing a review about a hair care product that I've been using recently.I've used at-home, D.I.Y. keratin treatments before and they've helped to keep my naturally wavy hair smooth during the summer months, when it's hot and humid. But even natural, non-toxic keratin treatments have irritated my scalp a bit during the process.This Keratin Hair Mask by CRISTALBOX is made from organic, natural botanical ingredients such as shea butter, coconut oil, argan oil, and aloe vera extract. This treatment is mild and doesn't bother my scalp. I've used it a few times in the shower after shampooing my hair. It's as easy to apply as a conditioner, and it works quickly. I apply it generously (instead of a conditioner), and leave it in for at least five minutes while in the shower. I also comb it through gently with a wide-tooth comb, then rinse it out well. I use cool water for the final rinse.I'm pleased with the results. My hair is easier to straighten (with a flat iron) and it feels smoother. This is a very nice treatment that nourishes the hair and makes it shiny. After my hair is dry and straightened, I apply a tiny amount of hair oil (such as batana oil) to keep my hair smooth.

I didn't know what to expect b/c the product was less than the other ones. I have long hair (past my brastrap) and for the most part it's healthy. This product though it worked just as well as when I had a keratin blowout! I was very impressed. I put on about 1/4 cup and then I went to the sauna for 6 minutes and rinsed. My hair looks salon beautiful!

This keratin treatment really impressed me. When I bought it, I didn’t have high expectations because of the price, but I was wrong. My mom also loves how it leaves her hair! I feel like my hair looks better and more hydrated. For me, it’s a very good product!

My first purchase was in January 2024, but this review is on May 5, 2025, based on my continuous use and complete satisfaction. You will see higher-priced items on Amazon. But I challenge any product to match this one. I have thick, wavy hair, and this sulfate-free, chemical-free product is superb. Your hair will instantly become softer and smoother as promised. Your hair also will not tangle.

I ordered this for my frizzy hair. First bottle which I received was broken and spilled in the Amazon bag. Anyways they exchanged it. I used it, and while using realized hair is coming off my scalp. Anyways used it once and waited for 6 weeks. Then tried again avoiding scalp, but still had bunch of hair in my hand.The scent is fine not strong, it’s white cream and remains white (didn’t change color due to oxidation). I feel my hair softer and moisturized. But I think not good for me, on the cost of loosing bunch of hair every time. But worth trying if it works for you.
