LLmoway Women Lightweight Safari Sun Hat Quick Dry Fishing Hat with Strap Cool

I purchased this hat to wear on safari. This hat is perfect because it fits even with thick hair and different hairstyles. (Black girl hair friendly). Also provides good protection from the sun. Also can be folded very small for packing and not come out wrinkled. 10/10

I don't like hats, really. But now worried about skin cancer and my silver hair turning yellow by the sun, I bought this UPF 50 hat and could not be happier.The back bill is wider, but not weirdly so, and dips down to cover your neck. The brim covers your ears, unlike ball caps. The hat is light and airy, but with no visible vents to let UV light in (yay!).And it's cute! And didn't leave my hair a matted mess like a ball cap does, nor did it leave a "hat imprint" on my forehead.I've even worn the hat while riding a bike, and the brim doesn't blow up, so it's sturdy.Ordered in other colors, too. For that price, its a steal! These are high quality!Some reviews have complained about a bent bill, and one of mine came that way too. I soaked it in water and the bend came right out. 👍 Perfect hat!

These hats are pretty good. I think they are a bit better made than the LLmoway "women's Fishing hat" which I also have.My head is a small 21" circumfr, and these do fit nicely if I tighten the adjustable crown elastic cord.The rim is pretty sturdy and rigid. The back rim is longer and protects your neck pretty well from the sun. The entire rim is deep enough to protect eyes from glare as well. However if you are doing something that requires a lots of head turning (driving cars, golf, watching tennis?), you may find the long back slightly bumps into your shoulders when you turn your head a lot. I use these when sitting outside for coffee with friends, for fitness walks, and for gardening, so this is not a problem for me. The strap seems sturdy and is really needed for wind.The navy blue is very dark blue. The dark grey is pretty dark too- I probably should have gotten the light grey so it'd be a little more of a contrast to the navy.These hats are so low priced, they feel cool and lightweight in the heat and keep me from getting baked. They seem like a good light drizzle protection too. So handy and useful to take along!

The hat is lightweight and comfortable. My head's circumference is 21.5 inches. Sometimes hats are too floppy and hang over my eyes. This fit right. I purchased the grey. Would have loved to have seen a sky blue or other bright blue color. Happy with the fit and the protection.

I don't weathats but I am outside this summer for work and needed one. This hat comes down just enough to cover my neck but not so much that it is annoying or catching on my collar. I have thick hair and sweat a lot. This hat dries quickly. I haven't washed it but it has gotten wet and still looks good. Folds up and fits nicely in my tote bag and purse.

I got this because I wanted to try something with more coverage on the neck from the sun. However I had the same issue one other reviewer mentioned - the back part keeps hitting me in the back/neck to the point where it would be quite annoying. The length might work for some but unfortunately didn't work for me. Otherwise the blue was a cute color and quality seemed good. But I had to return it.

This hat works great. It offers sun protection for the face, ears, and back of the neck. I wear it when running and love that I can adjust the fit when it is windy. It is lightweight too. I have not used the chin straps-just put them inside of the top of the hat.
