The item is cute ,well constructed and works very well as the vacuum produced is quite powerful. However, since the body and some of the components that are in close contact and assembled in contact with the motor are of plastic materials raise some apprehensions as when the unit is run for about 5-6mins the outside portion temperature of the top portion becomes rather hot. The manufacturer / seller should state the duration it can be run at an ambient temperature of 35 degrees centigrade. Durability will be known only after a reasonable period of usage

Reliable and efficient option
Reliable company. Though I read some reviews where it was told people got a demo of the product I didn't get any. Product is good. Need to improve their manual book.Also the wheel connections are plastic with metal screw. Kinda becomes loose and one wheel keeps coming out for me.Considering the reliability of the company you can go for this.

Very poor service support, no value of money
worst product, I strongly recommend not to buy this product. very poor quality and very worst service support. Within a month it becomes unusable.

Not bad but average product, running quite long. 1st services provide by service team. Suction power is well 1100w vacuum provides decent amount of vacuum
