I have always had digestive problems, and has been taking prescription meds for years. They still left me uncomfortable and very bloated. I was only having a bowel movement once a week which certainly did not help. I did some research and came across vitamin bounty. They were plant based and I had just switched to plant based protein powder so I gave them a try. 6 months of taking these and I never looked back. I noticed a difference with my system in one week. My system regulated quicker than I expected, and I also lost quite a few pounds (which is never something to complain about). I was skeptical at 1st. Heard about using plant based enzymes from a friend and decided to give it a go. I was really surprised how they actually worked & worked well. I do not feel any bloat. I have also become more regular. I recommend drinking lots of water or it could make your stool a little hard. The pill is easy to swallow as I take it while I'm eating. There really isn't a flavor as it's a clear capsule. Overall this is a great product as it makes me feel a lot better and it's good for you. I'm on a subscription for this now.

I bought this to try and replace a different brand I was buying that was more expensive. I use this to supplement the enzyme Phytase when I eat grains, seeds, and nuts. The Phytase helps break down phytic acid which block mineral absorbtion in the gut. This will also help with heavy meals of vegetables and carbs, as well as red meat.There are very few digestive enzyme products that have phytase. I have had similar forumaltions to this and they always help breakdown the food so its not just sitting and fermenting in your gut. But i mainly use for when I eat plant based meals, but it does also help for meals with protiens and fats.Sometimes you can take 2 if it is a really big meal and you want to make sure it all gets digested.

I've had acid reflux/GERD for many years and am now battling SIBO. I've found that taking one or two of these with dinner (which is usually my biggest meal of the day) has been hugely helpful in not feeling bloated or nauseous afterwards and also helps with reducing or eliminating the reflux I would feel when going to bed. I highly recommend trying these out if you have stomach or bloating issues. I'm about to order my 3rd bottle.

This is a great formula that works well. However for $15.99 you only get 30 pills, yet you’re supposed to take it with every meal , which means you’re paying $16 for a10 day supply. This is a mega rip off. The creator need to put 90 pills in each bottle even if that means raising the price a bit.

I bought this to replace a more expensive digestive enzyme since it had the same ingredients. I was looking specifically for amylase, bromelain, and lipase. This has all three and a few extras. I feel like it really helps with digestion and makes me feel better when I have snacks or meals that aren’t so clean (ie processed). Great product, great price.

I started taking this supplement about 2 weeks ago and wow has it made a difference. I didn't notice a true change until about a week in but I have never felt better about eating! I avoided several foods before because I would bloat like no other and look pregnant. I am now more regular and feel healthier. They have offered a free bottle if you write a review but I truly believe in this product enough to give a review in the first place. Highly recommend this supplement.

I'm on a treatment plan for Gastritis. It's difficult to digest heavier meals on reduced stomach acid, and I found digestive enzymes to help greatly. Before this I had a chewable, but found it would agitate my throat leaving it raw for 2 to 4 hours. I picked this up to try and have been pleased. Same if not better digestion support, without the throat irritation. I just can't give this 5 stars however because the price is very premium for a 30-pill bottle. I wish it came in a larger value size.
