LEGOTechnic Cherry Picker 42088 Building Kit (155 Pieces)

My son is into Legos. He’s 8 and in a Lego engineers class and a lego robotics class. He said although he loves Legos he was getting bored of trying to come up with something challenging since they did so much in their classes. Well I got on Amazon and started looking for some stuff and came across this. I took a chance and glad I did. He said it was super easy to put together but different from his Legos here at home and were more like the ones in his classes. He asked for more for his birthday and Christmas. So if your child is advanced in the Lego department this would be a great way to transition them over to the more complex Legos.

My children have recently became obsessed with technic lego cars. They are really amazing. My three year old can slam his brothers cars to the ground attempting to race them and they hold up. We have quite a few but this is one of their favorites their doesn’t have a motor or a pull back. I highly recommend this type of lego for any child or lego lover.Note the only issue I saw with this product was the price; they range greatly. I would consider shopping around as some are listed for hundreds and can be found much cheaper.

This is my Sons second technic set, he really likes it. His first set was also one of the small sets just to see if he wanted to make the jump from regular Legos to technics and this is easy enough for a 7 year old but challenging enough to make it fun.

Very cool little set. My boy loved putting together something more complicated than a simple truck. Teaches about screw gears amd lasts pretty well (unless you specifically want to take it apart)

I had trouble building this due to all the small parts and round bits rolling about, but it was amazing after it was built.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my son. He had to have help putting it together because he is only 7 but the instructions were easy to follow and it turned out great! It's super cute and fun to play with.

Got this for my grandson. He loved it and can't stop playing with it. Great little Lego set and good for beginners.

Love challenging my 5 year old with these advanced sets. We do them together and this one was a bit complex for him. But, the reward after getting it set up, especially the alternate build of the tow truck (which you download instructions for online) was totally more than worth the $.
