Frame looks good from far, but it’s far from good.
I have been an Amazon prime member for an extremely long time And we average about 250 purchases a year. I believe this is the second time I’ve written a review in all that time. The picture frame itself is decent from a distance, but it is very light weight wood and rather cheaply made. The corners where the frame meets are not black like the rest of the frame and you can see the origional wood color. The wood itself is also extremely soft as the package itself arrived badly damaged and with only a couple pieces of crumpled paper to protect the frame. Crumpled piece of paper will not protect cheap lightweight wood traveling overseas. Needless to say my picture frame came with dents and is an eyesore. For a company that prides themselves on hand craftsmanship, One would hope they would make the extra effort to at least wrap it in bubble. Very disappointed.

Really good produst
Fitted my print exactly, no cutting required and looks great, saved a lot from having this framed professionally, very pleased with it.

Great product but get rid of YODEL they let you down
The product is lovely and you packaged it amazingly, However I cannot stress enough to NOT use yodel in the future! It took me ages to get the parcel due to their shear laziness of not calling me to let me know they had arrived and got not being able to get out their van to walk 1 minute. I eventually managed to get to their depot in time before they closers after work. When I did get the parcel home the glass in was broken! Luckily I only needed the frame and I don't have time to get a replacement as it's a gift. Please do not let yodel distroy you reputation as the product is lovely but would definitely put me off from ordering again.

Not quite the picture.
This is a lovely, well made frame, but when we tried to put the photo/picture in it, the frame was an inch short of the dimensions it was supposed to be.The width for us was fine, but the height was as described above. We had to reduce the size of the picture to make it fit. And tes, we did measure our picture correctly. Slightly disappointed.
