Edited to add the completed picture and me holding it up! No fear of running out of drills - everything was perfect.I am so delighted with this kit! Arrived in 2 days!This is my largest diamond painting so far, and I am super pleased with the quality right away. The canvas is perfect- no wrinkles or bubbles in the adhesive anywhere.Another great thing: super clear drill key! No guessing at symbols and no two that look alike. :)The drills look to be top quality- all are shiney and faceted well. No sticky or oily drills at all. They came pre-bagged in ziplocks and marked with their correct number already - I am able to sit right down and enjoy diamond painting time right away.The kit came with THREE pens! I think my co-workers may get a chance to help me out with this one!

This DP was packaged very well. No problems with the canvas is the drills. As in my pictures you can see how clear and bright it is. The drills are so colorful and very nicely packaged in resealable plastic bags. This kit came with everything as described. Excellent customer service, nice and respectful. The media could not be loaded.  I have purchased several paintings from Saner Direct and once again am not disappointed. This gorgeous painting is full of beautiful brights colors. Canvas is well marked and easy to read. Well packaged, no wrinkles or creases. The drills come in separate plastic bags labeled with number of each color, what a time saver this is. Drills are round in shape and very clean. No oily or stuck together drills. The tool kit includes the tray, wax and three separate pens with a different tip for placing multiple drills on each one. This company is obviously taking that extra step to make sure that customers are satisfied with their products. I'm hoping to see a larger selection of paintings in the near future.

Edit: Got the missing parts I was supposed to get very quickly. Really reliable and I recommend them.Just received my diamond kit and am disappointed that most of the tools are missing. I was supposed to get 3 pens, 2 trays, and 2 wax pieces, but only received one of each. The diamonds are also not in individual, resealable bags which was the main appeal for me. Waiting to hear back from the seller; if I don't, I'll have to return this sadly.Edit: Got a response from the seller same day. Really nice and will send me the missing tools. Said it will take a while, but that's okay. I'm happy I was listened to. When I get the missing tools, I'll update my rating and review.

Great canvas & drill quality. Plenty of drills with a lot leftover. A total of 32 beautiful colors. Comes covered in a clear, plastic sheet for canvas protection. Very little excess glue around edges (unlike some DP's that have a lot of excess glue). Nice clear canvas/symbols-easy to read with the perfect stickiness to the canvas glue. Nice shine/glitter to the drills..nice quality. No "trash" in the drills with very, very few "bad" drills...compared to other stores/sellers, this 1 was a dream to work on.Packaged extremely well. The long rectangular box that that contained everything was also put inside of a generic brown Amazon box; so that if anything did get damaged (which nothing did) during transit/shipping it would be the outside Amazon box & not the actual box containing the canvas & drills.

I wasn’t sure if the finished painting would look like the picture because I was working small sections. I am beyond happy that I finished it, and will hang it in my office. I purchased the frame at IKEA and I only had to fold three rows to make it fit.

Opening this kit, I was very delighted with how nice the picture was. The first thing I noticed when handling this canvas was the texture. Some diamond paintings are printed on lower quality canvas, but this one is top quality, which really caught my attention. There are 32 beautiful colors, which are bright and well cut. I can hardly wait to start working on this painting. I will not have any problems with distinguishing the numbers on this canvas, as the print is very clear and legible. Thank you Saner Direct.

This kit is absolutely fantastic. The drills are uniform and super sparkly. The canvas is unwrinkled and uncreased. The symbols on the canvas are well colored so it does not look like there's a lot of blank area between drills. It is definitely a more difficult pattern and I am loving it. The entire product is very high quality. I will definitely be purchasing from this seller again.

Beautiful picture. It arrived with one colour mostly missing but I think that was a packaging glitch and when I contacted the seller they immediately sent replacements so they have fantastic customer service!I will definitely buy from again.

I brought this for mum, she loved it, and showed it to me when it was finished - it really looked very pretty.

Very happy with this product ordered for my grandad as he needs a challenge as he only gets to do small ones this will definitely keep him occupied.

I am just completing this but unfortunately not enough diamonds for 2 colours
