Flavor was pretty mediocre and bland. Texture was grainy and hard. But annoyed because it was a random unsealed bulk product not from the company shown. Used it anyway because Christmas cookies had to be made.Did not die after eating some. So there's that.

It was very fresh and delicious.

Great to find a source of citron. The flavor was great. The package size was more than I needed for my recipe. More expensive than finding locally, but all local sources were depleted.

I bake panettone and good citron makes a difference in the flavor of the bread. Paradise citron is the best I have found the texture and flavor are the best for my panettone.

Couldn't find citron in stores this year for Christmas, Amazon and Paradise to the rescue! The flavor was great and shipping was fast. More than I would have gotten in store for just a little more. Would definitely recommend!

I ordered this product to make panettone and other holiday baked goods. I was expecting traditional candied citron of just citron and sugar.Instead I received a container with a label showing Citron, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Sugar, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate and Sulfur Dioxide.We cannot eat this toxic product. A refund is owed but this item is not returnable.
