Q: Is the rope height (to hang it on the tree) adjustable?

As I remember, a rope is not included, but three (or four?) rubber bungee cords about 2 feet long are. There is a D clip for attaching your own rope. By the way, as the bungee cords are not that long, the bounce is not very deep. Good for small children, but older children would find it a bit tame.

Q: Can this be attached to a base stand for hanging chairs or to a ceiling?

I would say it possibly could be. I can't remember the height of the top attachment of this bouncing swing. Possibly a typical ceiling would not be high enough to hang it, but maybe you could modify the attachment, for example by making the rubber bungee cords shorter. However this would lead to less bounce.

Q: Can it be used as a swing as well?
