It took a little longer because of the new tariffs etc, but these retainers are the TRUTH! I honestly thought I had gotten scammed (wasn’t too shook..it was only a hundred bucks lol..but still) and seemed like I was just being given the runaround every week.. then they finally showed. It’s a little extra snug because of the longer wait time = more teeth shifting time, but I shall wear them nonstop for a few weeks and adjust them accordingly then and hopefully everything will fall back in line! Definitely good quality retainer PLUS a dope little holder/case, PLUS the retainer adjustment tools included. Win!

I was a little skeptical with buying a retainer online but I'm so happy I tried this. They send you the kit with all of the items needed to take your impression. You send pictures to them to make sure they have a good impression and once confirmed, they provide a shipping label to you. After a few weeks, you get your retainer in the mail. At first, the lower retainer didn't fit so I let them know and they sent me a new impression kit. After I sent my impression back to them, they sent me a new lower retainer that fits perfectly. I'm so happy I went with this because now I have a new Hawley retainer set.Edit: it's been a couple of weeks since I have tried wearing these retainers and they just don't work. They hurt my teeth, the hooks that grasp around your tooth are sharp, they move teeth that shouldn't be moved. I wake up from pain which means it's moving my teeth more than they need to be moved. Looking back, I wish I had just spent the money going to a dentist. I feel like these need to be adjusted by a professional and the hooks are just sharp and uncomfortable.

There were initial miscommunications but were fixed and seller was helpful from getting the impressions done to getting the retainer I’m waiting for now! Overall recommend! Will update once the retainer gets here
