Worked like a charm
Went on pretty easy and and now no more air blowing directly on me!

Works well for air diversion
The diverter was the right length and width but the mating surface was too wide for the ceiling grid we have for the included clips to work at all. We attempted to use double-sided tape but it fell after a few days. Will have to use self-tapping screws as suggested as a mounting option. Otherwise, the diverter worked well pushing moving air out and away.

Did the trick, not the best instructions or install
I don't think there were instructions in the box. I went off of the picture on Amazon which was not very clear. There are 3 fasteners which at least in my case seemed to fit only on one side. There are two lips on the deflector, presumably to fasten to both sides of the ceiling grid above, but I could only get them to fit on one side of the ceiling grid. It didn't feel sturdy enough and so I ended up using tape on the other side to secure it better. While installing and trying to get the plastic fasteners on, it fell down hit the table and part of the deflector's lip cracked quite a bit. Fortunately I was still able to use it. Anyway, overall I'm happy not to have cold air coming down on me, but they need better instructions and fasteners.
