They fit on the head very well.And definitely blocks the blue light.I got the clear 35% blue light blocking.And I definitely feel less eye strain at the end of the day.

Works well

In the last month, I have purchased several pair of Blue Light Blocking Glasses to help alleviate eye strain. These are by far the worse and the most expensive. They magnify the image and their is a slight blur-I cannot wear them as they distort what I am looking at.

These glasses are not clear at all, they have a slight magnification and they make whatever you look at a slight yellowish tint. Thats not the problem. The problem is that they have a horrible glare which make anything unwatchable. Its like the glasses are smudged and you can't get it off! I got this for gaming, so whats the point if I can't clearly see my 4K screen! The styling is nice though. They would make some decent sunglasses or something, but this ain't it!
