Not much good, audio quality is nice, but product durability is very poor. I got it replaced once, and even after that, I faced the same issue as I did in the first one.Now its case isn't charging properly, it's not even been a year, battery backup isn't what is mentioned in the product description.All in all it isn't what I had expected it to be. I had trust and hope in the brand and product but it failed me greatly.

I have bumped the rating to 4 star, because a long term wearing comfort level (I Galaxy Buds pro 2 and I prefer these, where noise cancelation is not of high requirement), also mic is a beast, first time I found a TWS earphone with truly usable mic.It is 2024, and the TWS earbud market has become quite competitive. I have heard of earphones that are 40% cheaper and have better sound quality. With Bluetooth 5.1 and a slightly larger driver to provide unnecessary thump, the sound quality is compromised.The build material feels cheaper, and the hinge is clumsy and not satisfying at all, but design is made so that it is easier to pull out the earphone so that is a win, but material choice is pretty unsatisfactory.The most surprising thing is that is has a good mic, and picks up sound flawlessly, so if you are someone who use earphones for lot of calling this would be very useful.SoNot for audiophiles (but ok sound)Wear comfort is high.Mic is a beast, next party hear you even in windy conditions.Build quality is not good, but not terrible either.

I purchased the boAt Airdopes Atom 81 Pro (Obsidian Noir) on 13th May, but the experience has been extremely disappointing.The left earbud was faulty and did not work right out of the box. I initially tried to return the product, but no one came to pick it up despite repeated attempts.Later, I submitted it to the service center, and a replacement was issued. However, the replacement was never delivered. Here's what happened:First attempt: Status showed "address incomplete" – even though the same address worked for the original delivery.Second attempt: Courier update said "call unable to get connected" – but I received no call at all.Third update: Said I would have to "pick up from the warehouse" – which was never communicated to me directly.And now, the latest update says the product is being returned back.This entire process has been frustrating and unprofessional. Poor product quality and even worse after-sales service. I expected better from boAt.Not recommended.

Better than those cheaper options out there. The mic quality could’ve been better. Overall, at a budget, a great option you could have.
