We bought the bumper car for our son's birthday and he loves it. We have only had it for a few days so cannot speak on longevity and battery life yet but I will talk about the unboxing, set up experience and first ride experience.Unboxing: The bumper car comes in a nice cardboard box opening the box. Everything was well secured with styrofoam blocks inside.Setup: The instructions were quite easy in terms of setup. All you have to do was plug in the backRest and open the seat cover to plug in the cable to the batteries. The box also comes with a screwdriver so you are able to use that screwdriver to open the seat cover. The remote control does not have batteries in it, you have to unscrew the back cover of the remote and then put in the batteries. You will need a smaller screwdriver for opening the remote cover. The instruction manual helps you pair the remote control to the bumper car and you're ready to go.First Ride Experience: bumper car comes with a seat belt which is adjustable. It does not drive too fast so as long as your kiddo has a seat belt on they are quite safe. I let my son try to figure out how to use the controls on his own and within minutes he was able to pick up on how to use them as they're very intuitive controls. But since he does not have a great sense of his surroundings yet, I took over the controls using the remote and it works perfectly as well.Once little thing that we did not like on the bumper car is how unusually loud it is for such a small product. Maybe in the future iterations something can be done for the sound.Overall, it's been a great experience so far. Maybe in the future I can update on the longevity of the motors in the bumper car and the batteries

Bought 2 of these for my grandsons (2 and 3) and they just love them. Easy to assemble and worked great.

Gave this to my child as a bday present, they were really excited about it and loved the rgb lights.After one charge the lights and sounds no longer work and the buttons for them are unresponsive. I unplugged the battery for a bit, plugged back in and still no lights. I contacted the company for support as per instructed by Amazon, of which you have to give all your personal information to move forward to support btw… it’s been just about a week now and still no contact from the company. Will probably go through the hassle of returning.My other complaints would be It also has pretty loud, jerky motors and the non powered wheels in the front and back are the cheapest looking caster wheels from the cheapest office chair you can find.The whole body also teeters back and forth because the powered wheels are about an inch taller than the balancing wheels.With so many of these on the market, skip this one.

I bought it for grand children. And they like it.
