It isn’t clearly stated but this shouldn’t be substituted for food- it’s more of a complimentary thing. My picky eater loves it. I believe it’s also great in helping cats to lose weight, since it will fill them up with not many calories. We love it! Especially my picky eater.

I consistently find Applaws cat food the best on the American market...the minute one opens a can of tuna or tuna with shrimp etc one can see...no rubbish is in this cat food. Great product...hoping this standard can be maintained! :-)

My one cat liked it a lot and my other cat just tasted it once but snubbed her nose at it and didn’t eat it at all. The cat and did eat it though ate half of it at first and then finished it an hour or two later. It’s a huge portion, which is nice, but unless your cat is really hungry, it’ll probably go to waste. My cat hates food that has been in the fridge and already opened, so she doesn’t eat it after it’s opened.That said, it’s a great value for the amount you get and the price you pay. The quality is certainly at least on par with major brands, if not better, I looked over the protein content as well as the ingredients and they are good—lots of protein and moisture, which is great if your cat doesn’t drink a lot of water. It smells great, too.Overall it’s a solid choice and I think it’s at least worth a try. It’s certainly getter than the mainstream stuff.

My cats are obsessed with this food. They love tuna but I can't give them our tuna because it makes them sick. So this is a great option

Review of Applaws Natural Wet Cat Food, 10 Count. I ordered this wet food for my 16 year old calico who needs to add more water to her meals. She has never been a big fan of wet food, so I have been experimenting with a bunch of different options in order to find something she will commit to eating regularly. I like that this variety has limited ingredients and actually smells like chicken when opened. It does not seem highly processed, but despite this, my cat does not have a strong interest in eating it. She will consume a few bites and then leave the food to dry out. I can't necessarily fault the food for her preferences...she is a picky eater, but it is disappointing that my search must continue.

It's a little bit of a large serving size, however my cat could not get enough of this. Applaws has done it again. It's a wonderfully balanced product.

This cat food checks all the boxes except the most important one. The ingredient list is impressive, just four simple ingredients, chicken breast, chicken broth, salmon and rice. The packaging is good. The negative is my cat won't touch it, which is surprising since she is normally not finicky.
