Useless adapter.
The adapter that ships with this microphone does nothing but generate static and noise. There is no intelligible audio at all. I tested the adapter with other mics and get the same poor audio quality with all of them. The lavalier mic works decently but it does me no good without the adapter.

Read the description carefully
Was not clear on what USB connection it had, should really highlight weather it is a MINI usb or MICRO usb. Or just send both.

terrible
I have a gopro hero 3 and this product did not work at all. There was no sound at all and just the gopro alone sounds works better than this.

it records audio fine. When I plug it in
This unit did not work at all with my GoPro Hero 4 Silver. Without it plugged it, it records audio fine. When I plug it in, sound goes silent. Only sounds it records is when fiddling with the connection.I'm not sure if the mic is defective or the adapter that plugs in to the camera
