I just got these traps today and I have a different type of trap for the backyard which catches thousands and thousands of flies but I wanted something small for my tabletop on my patio with these annoying house lies. I took the advice from the manufacturer and simply put just the water from a can of store-bought tuna into the bottom tray and it was only about a teaspoon. They can't resist and I have 20 flies stuck to it that cannot get off in the first 2 hours. I do recommend this product. It seems to have eliminated me swatting them and spraying them. I purchased the six pack but I initially thought it was very pricey but based on the first day worth every penny when I'm sitting on my patio in the morning having my coffee watching my dog run around the yard and I don't have flies in my face.

The Item has been extremely effective. The traps definitely catches the pesky insects. I just had a few of the fruit flies and drain knats. I put a little apple cider vinegar into the bate cups. The sticky substance is very adhesive, just be careful not to get it on your hands. You have the option to hang or set alone on a flat service.

They seem to attract flies. I'm very happy with the price and quality. I will buy them again. The feature where you can leave them in the box and remove the front and half of each side is very handy, as is the small hanger included.Zero odor noted. They'll keep catching flies until they are almost completely covered

I bought this because I saw few gnats from the neighbor next door having so many plants on their balcony. In two days the first sticky trap I put up was covered with dead gnats and mosquitos. I then put up two traps about 3 inches apart. Same result, this works great. Just add a very small (like a very small bite) of a Peach or banana, at the bottom, be careful not to touch the trap. I tried the blue light ones, and they didn't get as many as this sticky trap. I am re-ordering because summer is coming.

I get a lot of those nagging gnats and fruit flies when I bring home fruit. Once you figure out where to put these sticky sticks, one of which I put in my window, they seem to be attracted to light so that’s where I installed one and it works great and buy the Bananas and be careful that it doesn’t get stuck on you because you will have a hard time removing that ick off your fingers. You have to use rubbing alcohol to help remove it.

These work very well down here in the river bottom. They drive my daughter a hair nut s.These are not cat friendly so be careful where you put them

These work extremely well. I hing one on each side of my rear door and they are capturing the insects handing around. The house has much fewer flies.

I put these where I am catching flies in other sorts of traps. All of the traps are disgusting, including this one. But indoor flies have got to go! Next to 2 lures of sweetened liquids, these are winning. I will put them all out in hopes of getting rid of these house flies which have invaded all sorts of homes, in large numbers, in my geographical region. I gave 4 stars because, while stickiness is good here, it is tricky to open the individual packages without their boxes touching the traps, and I can’t see how I can turn the inner trap to expose more surface area.
