I started taking these with meals and I feel that it has helped me with sugar cravings, they are small and easy to swallow.

Product ok but the pills are not capsules and it has a somewhat rough texture so they are difficult to swallow and I normally never have a problem swallowing pills. Plus, the taste is not so good, which becomes more evident when you are having difficulty swallowing them.

In Chinese culture, there are people who are born with hot base and cold base. I am one of the unlucky one that born with the hot base, which means, any oily food, any spicy food any “hot base induces” food I consume which will contribute to my hot base. Let’s face it, bitter melon is really not that palatable and you have to eat a large amount of it. Personally I really like this brand bitter melon tablet. It beats eating bitter melon after a spicy or fried meal.It keep my hot base at bay and I don’t have too much breakout or fried food induce sore throat. I really like this!

I use this product and like it but the last few bottles had broken pills in it . I just opened a new bottle and it has broken pills .
