Replacement Voice Remote Control for Insignia, Toshiba, Amazon Fire Smart TV

Worked immediately with my off brand (non-) Fire TV television. It immediately synced with my fire stick and literally within a couple of minutes, every thing including voice feature was working with the TV and controlling all inputs. Highly recommend. Price is great and it works!!

Bought as an inexpensive backup for Insignia remote. Put 2 new AAA batteries (not included) in the remote and it started working right away. All of the functionality is the same as the OEM remote and only required pairing to use Alexa voice remote. The connectivity worked without a hitch. Tested every button then removed batteries and replaced in box for its backup duties in a drawer so I cannot speak to longevity. Same size and buttons as the originality. It doesn't feel quite as durable as the original but it is a backup so... The only notable difference is the finish which is less slippery so I don't mind that at all. A difference that is not notable is the fact that this remote just uses the letters of the services to which it has hot keys. Great bargain to prevent delays.

It does its job, controls Fire Stick and TV. Importantly, it has instructions, although they may be somewhat confusing.I would recommend starting with Fire Stick: unplug it for a minute, plug back in, and WAIT. The menu will come up, it will seem like the remote didn't work... and then after a minute or so, iti will say "connect remote". At this point, bring remote closer to Fire Stick and... magic will happen.Once that is done, it will prompt you to set up your TV, and there are plenty of brands (mine is Sharp). If you don't get it right the first time, continue until your TV goes on/off. At this point, you've connected both TV and the Stick.

Light and easy comfortable remote. Not much to install just works right as soon as you put the batteries in, just perfect replacement.

Couldn’t get it to work with the fire TV properly. It would turn on and off, but some of the other features on the controller wouldn’t work so I had to return.

I purchased this as a replacement for my Insignia smart tv remote. I also purchased another brand but tried this one first as its buttons are identical to the original. To my delight, it worked right out of the box. No setup needed. All direct app buttons work and everything else seems smooth. It’s only been a couple hours so I’ll update if anything changes.

I lost the Nex Playground remote and this was the recommended option on the website, It automatically pairs as nex remote. No setup required, Just put the batteries and started the nex playground and it automatically detects.

It works wonderfully with my older model FireStick! I actually went and ordered another one for a back up. The original remotes that came with my FireSticks, broke within a week of buying. This one has lasted for months so far. Def worth the $
