Prevent teeth damage
My 19 month daughter would not stop sucking her finger. I tried flavor nail polish, but no success. This is a simple and effective solution. It did take 2 days for her to stop fussing, but she eventually got use to it. 3 Velcro straps make it easy to use. Can't complain about the price.

Kids can easily take off - sizes are different
The two braces we got are very different in size.My daughter learned to take them off instantly - and is able to take them off when she’s half asleep in the middle of the night. We have exzema and it’s very itchy/irritable to her skin. This seemed like such a good option to help prevent nighttime subconscious thumb sucking but unfortunately it failed horribly.Update : if you did buy this, or are at your wits end… getting creative with the clear hockey tape that the players use to keep their hockey socks in place… seems to be doing the trick. Buy a three pack, stick with it and I’m hesitantly optimistic that this will do the trick.

Okay product but didn’t work for us
Good concept, affordable price but my 5-year-old daughter can pull them down, so they’re not as effective as I had hoped ☹️ Also, she broke one of the clasps the first time she wore them.

It definitely worked for my baby
Use it for 2 - 2.5 months on my 1 year old that wouldn’t stop sucking her thumb and it’s like she completely forgot she ever did it!! Not great for night time comfort but I used socks or tights to keep her from doing it at night

We tried many many different items to help our daughters thumb sucking but these arm guards have been the most simple and most effective tool for us!

Ripped in first couple weeks
Velcro ripped off first couple of weeks wearing. Great concept but not sturdy.
