Charged it fully which took 20 minutes, the heat setting got warm really fast, my wife said this felt amazing and it's first time she's been pain free in years. 5 starsAmazing

I got this about 3 months ago, it works okay, it eases the pain in my shoulder, but doesn't get rid of it. I think the massage part could be stronger. The heating side is good, but be careful not to wear it against your bare skin, it can get really hot, wear a t-shirt at least.It's fairly easy to fit, I usually have it all connected and put my arm through the shoulder strap then ease the rest over my head and under my right shoulder.The quality seems okay. The one main bug bare is the control unit, but that's the same with all these kind of things regardlessof who the manufacturer is. It's difficult to adjust the settings, unless you turn the on before you wear itAnother thing about the control unit, and again this applies to all these products from any manufacturer, is that it would be great if you could remove the control unit to charge it, but still wear the shoulder brace without the control unit.All in all it does what it says on the tin, it eases the pain, but does not take it away completely, well not for me anyway. It's worth a look give it a try, you can always return if it's not for you.

While wearing this is not discreet, it is so helpful, I’ve been in agony all day (ripped tendons awaiting surgery) and this is first thing to have eased the pain. And I could always wear a jumper over the top to disguise it!

This comes nicely packaged and is decent quality materials but it is not worth the money due to its functionality.It is very difficult to put on one handed and could be improved with more thought as to hot the straps work.The battery pack/controller is fixed in place so therefore is difficult to see and use while you are wearing the strap. Especially as it is touch and there are no tactile buttons. It needs to be on a lead so you can remove it to change the settings and then place it in a pocket.The heat is fine but it is purely on the corner of the shoulder, it could do with being more spread out, the same for the vibration.Overall I do not think it is worth the price.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve only had this item a month and it’s stopped working properly. To start off with, it was very good, 3 different settings for the heat and it helped. Now the heat is staying between 70-75 degrees & the degrees on the pack are flashing all the time between these numbers. That’s a lot of money to lose after one month.***Edited to say that the buyer has been great, they sent me a replacement straight away. ***

Amazingly effective, after the first use my shoulder pain was significantly reduced and I had better movents in my arms ...after several years of reduced movement and pain. After about a week things are still going well. Just be careful to wear the device over suitable clothes like a shirt and don't set the temperature to a level that could harm your skin. Overall I am very pleased with the effectiveness and build quality of this item. Now to hunt for the knee massager!

We bought this in June and has been used regularly by my husband who suffers with shoulder pain to good effect . However 5 months in and it will charge but won’t switch on ! Can’t get it to work at all !! At nearly £60 would have expected it to last longer
