I will not purchase again
The flavor of the product isn't bad by any means. However, shortly after drinking, I get extreme stomach distress. I have tried using less of the mix and more water but that doesn't help. I have tried different times of the day. I stopped using it and then started again with the same issues. I have researched the ingredients and don't know where the issue is stemming from, but I won't purchase again. I will likely have to toss the rest in the canister. Live and learn.

Just okay
Very little taste....tasted like watered down milk with very little hint of chocolate. Pretty filling but didn't really like it or see that it made a difference in my keto life style to justify buying it again.

Love the Chocolate Keto Shake! I mix one scoop with my coffee every morning to jump start my day. It provides me with energy all morning long!

Nearly perfect, one hiccup
This is seriously the best meal replacement drink I've tasted. With milk and mixed in a bullet it tastes (to me) exactly like a McD's chocolate shake. And it actually makes me fill full, like I just ate a meal. I've never found a MR shake that could do that. The only hiccup is that (TMI WARNING) it may cause loose #2s. However, if you're on keto that may be a good thing as it counteracts the constipation you occasionally have. This tastes so good I will live with it!

Good fats without carbs
Usually vanilla is my favorite as it is so delicious in coffee, but I wanted to try chocolate next. I've tried the chocolate mixed in ice cold water- yum! Will give coffee a try tomorrow.

Great product - works well
I have been using Keto Meal for about 6 months. I mix it with Premium Protein Caramel drink and it is a great mix. Keeps your appetite in check and keeps the carbs down for the total meal. I'd recommend

Upsets your stomach
The taste is good but you really need to ease into it. Very upsetting to my stomach. Still haven’t found the right amount to add to water after trying it 4/5 times. Hoping my stomach adjusts because it does taste good.
