Good quality
Good quality cable to connect SATA drives ( SSD or HDD ) to a computer . I managed to clone the old fashioned HDD in my laptop to an SSD in 75 mins ( usb3.0 to SATA , 175 GB data in total , including Windows OS ) . The included free version of Acronis cloning software was a bit slow for my liking , so I used a different software , but that is just personal preference , so overall a very positive experience . I would highly recommend this cable .

SSD to USB Adapter
Works fine with 2.5" Solid State Drive as it says on the packaging.

Good value, works well, good speed - needs occasional reboot with cable connected to be detected
Well packaged, good price/value, quick delivery.Works well, though occasionally not detected when plugged into the USB port and needs to have tge PC rebooted with cable connected before it appears.Transfer speeds seem to be quite reasonable.

Does "include" the software, but...
In a manner of speaking, this does "come with Acronis" -- you simply have to go to Sabrent's site, download and install it. Having said that, I tried it but for some reason it didn't work for me. Could just be a mistake I made.So I went on Youtube and found two videos. The first was "How to Reset SSD, Hard drive, or USB Drive to factory settings" so I could do that for the SSD I'd bought and messed up with the Acronis software. The second was "How to clone a hard drive - EASY step by step walk-thru!" which includes a link to the free-for-personal use Macrium Reflect edition software. I found this software easier to use and the cloning process went smoothly -- I tested the clone and it worked fine. The device itself is easy to use, and at the price, a bit of a bargain. Maybe you can get Acronis to work, and if so, all well and good. But if you'd like simpler software, search Youtube for the video(s) I've mentioned and try Macrium instead.
