Yummy
These IQ bars are quite tasty and offer a welcome snack to those on a low carb or Keto diet. I didn't think I'd care for the 'seasalt' taste, but these were quite delicious and did not knock me out of ketosis like some alleged low carb bars can.

Hard pieces of almond pits inside
The taste is great and chocolaty. But it has some small pits inside from almonds that should not be swallowed.

If don’t like Plant protien avoid
I have made attempt to try many IQ bars along with other P proteins just somthing about plant protein that leaves behind the worst aftertaste can’t do it
