I've been taking them for awhile now and I have to admit, I feel like i have more energy than I did before taking them. I like them and I really like the price. I think, giving them a chance, you'll like them too.

They're not tiny, but as someone who has a hard time swallowing pills, I could easily swallow these.I LOVE that the fruit one has elderberry in it. These will be so helpful for keeping my immune system strong during cold and flu season.Sensory savior! I could see these being especially helpful for folks with sensory challenges. While there's a slight taste and smell to these, they're predictable, consistent, and quick. Compared to eating actual fruits and vegetables, these are so much easier from a sensory standpoint. If you're looking for something that tastes delicious, this isn't it. If you're looking for something that's tolerable and worth the pay-off, this is right up your alley!Serving size. 3 capsules per thing can be harder to commit to. I think it's a reasonable expectation, but for some folks it might be harder. I just see it as a trade off of one per meal you'd regularly eat!Honestly can't think of any other cons. I think these are great!
