Became VERY noisy after 15 months
I bought this is May 2022. The PSU is great, looks premium and feels premium. It is a very reliable unit, my PC shut down due to power cuts multiple times but not once did it cause any issue to the PSU. The cables are braided so that also helps in cable management.I had initially given it 5 stars but reducing it down to 3 cos of the fan noise issue. After 15 months of usage, the fan constantly makes noise while spinning. Most probably, the fan bearing has gone bad but I cannot do anything about it since opening the PSU will void its warranty. This is a common issue with this PSU, you can look it up on reddit as well. The annoying thing is in a hot country like India, the PSU fan will be on even when the PC is not under load, so essentially, the PSU makes noise ALL THE TIME. For anyone considering this for their sff build, I would highly suggest go for something else like CM perhaps.

Short cables
The worst PSU had short cables and was so complicated that it couldn't fit in the NZXT H210i case.

Fits into all SFF cases and delivers steady performance.
