I built a portable enclosure for a laser etcher. So I actually got two of these. One for the vent out of the enclosure, and a second one so that I could vent out of a window (and seal off the window opening to keep the fumes from sneaking back in). These were perfect for both sides of that. Now I just hook up an 8' vent tubing for a dryer on both ends, and I am fume-free while using it inside.These are solid and fit perfectly on 4" holes I have cut on plywood on both pieces. I would definitely buy them again for this purpose.

I basically built a system to pump cold air directly into the front of my very hot computer. Long story short, i had to fabricate something and this was the magic piece to solve the problem.

it fit my ant miner s9 perfectly! the only issue that i had was it didn't come with screws so i had to find a bit longer screws for the fan with the grate on it. however if you don't mind not having a shield on the intake fan then that isn't even an issue. with this on each side of my miner and 2 noise proof vents i have lowered the noise level of my antminer by well over 75 percent as well as lowered the fan workload on the miner from 8500 rpm to less than 4500.

The unit arrived as expected, but my D3 malfunctioned and worked up to 100c on the chips and the air blown out caused the unit to slightly warp and melt. This is not a normal operating condition of a D3, so it is not the fault of the vendor of their product. I just wanted to mention in case someone is highly overclocking their equipment. In my case I used 3m metal duct tape to close the new gap and the unit has functioned well since.

Used with dryer hose for custom application. Have purchased multiple with zero issues.

This worked perfectly to attach a square computer fan to a 4” exhaust duct for a composting toilet. I’ve been trying to figure out a way to get the fan mounted properly without having to chop off the corners of the fan or use a bunch of duct tape, this was the perfect solution. Thank you!!

Connects an Antminer to 4" flexible aluminum hose with no problems. The only issue is that the screws that come with the Antminer need to be replaced with slightly longer screws, because as is, they only go back in about 1/8" due to the adaptor being slightly thicker than the fan grill they are replacing. This is a great adaptor for connecting to air conditioning or outside venting.
