Pro-level quality, entry-level price tag
I’m going to be real here and admit that this wasn’t my first choice in mics, but I had to know how it would stack up against the SM58s I’m used to. In terms of feel, sound quality, features, and includes equipment, at worst, it’s a dead heat. Compared to its vastly more expensive counterpart, ambient noise rejection is identical, pickup pattern also identical, the Behringer has a very slightly darker natural tone (nothing that can’t be compensated for with a little EQ-tweaking), the weight and feel are practically identical, and really, the only area where it notably falls behind is that it has fairly little shock resistance, but a) this can be combatted with a decent stand and/or shockmount and b) it is absolutely unbeatable for the price. I’ve had a long run of good luck with Behringer, but even so, I was skeptical of this mic starting out; the run continues.

Worth the purchase!
Surprisingly good. I would buy again. I have friends that come over once a month to jam. I needed an extra mic. I wasn’t expecting a lot but was surprised how well this sounded. I actually prefer this over my Electrovoice mic that I paid 10 times the amount I paid for this.

A good budget option for dynamic mics
I like these mics. The sound is not quite as full as an SM58, but it's clear and crisp--certainly good enough for your B-squad of mics. I use them on guitar amps, and am well-satisfied.

Great mic & (obviously) great price
I have a Shure SM58S & bought the Behringer SL 84C as a spare. I called my wife over (also a musician - concert pianist) and she couldn't tell the difference. The only difference I see is that the Behringer has more plastic & is lighter weight. For the quality of the product the price is amazing. Update: I gave away the SL 84C to a friend who runs an open mic night (he loves it). Decided to purchase the BA 85A & try that one out. It's also a very impressive mic. One thing I read in the reviews (and saw on YouTube) is that the Behringer BA 85A has more handling noise then the Shure mics. This is simply not true. FYI: The blue rubber that goes around the mic was missing on mine. No big deal & not worth returning for such a minor issue.

Great microphone for the money
I’m not sure how well this compares to its Shure counterpart, but it works well for my WFH desk setup. Sound quality is clear, especially for the money. It looks and feels almost identical to the Shure that it’s copying.

Looks and feels cheap. You get what you pay for.
The picture makes it look like a Shure SM58 Clone. The actual mic looks way cheaper and way goofier than the picture. It serves our purpose, but it is nowhere near passable for a reputable mic. It is what you pay for.

A s(h)ure-bet
the price for quality is nuts. It has a great sound and the box is cool. easy to store for gigs and nice grip on the handle. solid!
