Being on keto these are great but really are pricey…I make one last for 2 servings.

The taste is fine as well are most of the ingredients. I liked that it was keto, but instead of using something healthy in place of sugar they use sucralose(SPLENDA) which is not healthy for your body. Now mainly these energy shots do not give you energy, they make you tired and crash. I tried it twice to be sure and also had someone else try one to see if it was just me and it put her straight to sleep as well. If you want them for the ketones great, but if you're looking for energy don't buy!
