Worth the wait of international shipping
Connected those to the TV usb output, one under the Android media box, and the other on top on a NUC (removed NUC top cover), it is so effective it brought NUC temperature during heavy tasks from 72c to 46c while remain silent.Highly recommended.(note the dual fan connection cable comes with a female usb provision for connecting another set of fan/fans)
