It is good I like this one I got two because I am on a budget if I still have enough money I will get more in the future because right now I shop on here and I shop at CVS for my vitamins I take this and I take multivitamin and I take garlic vitamin .

I never amazing like this before this give me more energy ,and i had muscle attention like crazy from my neck to my head even in my eye a used to feels like crazy pressure in these places but after i used it for one day all that is gone and feel more energy

I keep seeing my magnesium levels down on my labs , and I've been getting lots of them. I know we all need salt, magnesium and potassium to make your nerves and muscles work and after being treated for an illness that left me in a weakened state I decided to add these to my daily multi vitamins which I forget to take most of the time but I noticed that when I do take them for a week or so straight I have more energy walking and doing better àt choirs of daily living. The also help with bm. Anyway they are helping me when I take them.

Prevents my leg cramps. Research indicates that Magnesium oxide is not effective against leg cramps, YET it prevents MY leg cramps. It’s harder to find the 500 mg supplements now.

Listen, this will be a bit personal, but hey...it's my business to tell. I saw a video on Instagram that basically said high blood pressure was due to a deficiency in Magnesium. Should I know this, sure, but I didn't. And although I'm not diagnosed with high blood pressure, my blood pressure has been elevated due to weight gain in the recent years. I bought this product and began using it. Today is day 4 or 5 and I've had great bowel movements and my blood pressure is beautiful!
