Good Reference Cards
These are okay, I just don’t like that the titration recommendation isn’t listed but I’m assuming that’s because every facility is different.

Great size, wrong doses
Several of the medication doses are not accurate/typos (ie epi drip or the phenyl bolus dose), which defeats the whole purpose of this card. Otherwise its a perfect size and reads easily. Have someone knowledgable proof read and correct the doses and it would be perfect.

The font is so small that the information on the card is very hard to read.
