highly recommend
for the price it’s at and the purity it’s very much worth the money, have been buying in bursts over the past year or so and have seen a significant increase in muscle mass, strength and overall well-being. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to purchase ecdy due to the price and purity, number of capsules etc. worth every penny 👍

Seem to work very well
Want to start by saying obviously it’s hard to say one thing or another is responsible for any body or strength changes. I used these for the last 10 weeks or so. Trained in a similar way that I have for years. 2 full cardio sessions and 3-4 weight sessions with 10-15 minutes of cardio, a week. I’m in my late 30s, fairly athletic. In the last 8 weeks I’ve put on 6kg, in a good way, 88-94kg and my clothes are definitely tighter around the chest, back, arms and thighs. Definitely running a calorie surplus but If anything my waist has shrank. Little gains like going from 4 x 85kg for 8 reps on pull downs to 4 x 100kg for 8 reps (that’s the max the machine does so can’t say if it would go higher). Don’t train for max weight on my chest due to an old shoulder injury, but even that went from 3 x 60kg for 20 reps to 3 x 80 for 20 reps on the bar. Hardly mega numbers but a definite improvement. Running feels great, as does other cardio. I take 3 a day and the only other supplement I take is 10g creatine. No adverse side effects. Apparently good for your immune system too. Can’t complain. Will stick with them for a while.

THIS STUFF WORKS
I have had no side effects, and have put on 6 kilos of muscle in 3 weeks. Fat seems to going. I feel great on this stuff. I've noticed that my overall mood has lifted. I would recommend this to anybody who lifts weights regularly. I'm stronger every week. I lift heavier and can sustain effort for longer. Would be nice to know the half life. I take it ever 12 hours.

Seem to have a positive effect.
I've taken a lot of different supplements on trial an error over the years.I'm only taking this 1 just now and do feel stronger, but at the same time, my protein is high. Been taking for 1 month. You can never measure the results these kind of things give you but I do feel like they have a positive effect, with no side effects. Suppose the question is would I buy these again, I'd say yes.

After a month I can see small increase in my muscle growth. Is a must Clean way of gaining recovery.

ZERO RESULTS
I've been training for over 20 years and have used ecdysterone before with some good results. This RUBBISH does NOTHING. So it's probably NOT Ecdy. Don't waste your money.

Bad experience
I threw the whole bottle away. I took this with food for two days only and started getting clusters of pimples on my face (I don’t get spots), it cleared within a day or two after I stopped taking it
