Great belt ignore bad reviews
Great belt ive had it for 2 years , ive been seeing these bad reviews about it being flimsy and whatever. It really isn’t, i wear the belt for my deadlift and squat, i deadlift 200kilos regularly and squat 100kg plus regularly and dont have an issue.

Definitely not 10mm
I have a feeling I slightly injured my back due to the belt not being 10mm thick, also the belt is not durable at all, its really flexible (unstable) and just not a good belt, I tried asking amazon for a refund but didn't want to wait 1 week for the item to get delivered to the seller then another 2 weeks for a full refund....
