Same as my chrome ones. Huge pain. Find the right angle and saw a slit in the backplate in a way that makes it so you only need to put one nut on. Trim one side of the back bracket so you can slide it on then use 90° needle nose pliers to tighten. I dropped the bracket the first time. Don't do that. You'll have to take off the whole don't fascia.

Easy to install??

There does not seem to be an "Easy" or any way to install this item on the front grill of the 2016 Dodge Challenger Hellcat. The grill openings are too small for fingers to fit into to attach the back, let alone spin the nuts on. The radiator is shrouded solid, keeping access from under the hood impossible without massive amounts of disassembly. I haven't lifted the vehicle yet, but I image the same outcome. If anyone has actually installed this emblem on the front grill of a 2016 Hellcat, please explain. So I decided to attempt to lift the car, to remove the under carriage covers to try to reach up behind the front grille to install. After researching the jack points, removing the cover that blocks them I wedged my 3ton jack into place. I began lifting the car to place jack stands but after lifting about 8" I didn't feel safe. So I let it down and reattached the covers. So I figured I'd try to remove the under carriage cover while on the ground. I was able to remove the middle section but found the front section firmly connected to the front spoiler. So after an hour I put it all back together. My wife came out and said, why not mount it in the hood scoop. It took less then 2 minutes and looks ok. Not exactly what I imagined but it's installed.
