I love Theraworx and that is why I ordered two canisters of it. I ordered two 7.1 oz. canisters. When they arrived, they looked awfully small. I knew the size as I have used it before. I looked, and they were the 3.4 oz. size, the travel size. This is a big error. I wonder how many others have been sent the wrong size and didn't realize they got the wrong size.I notified the seller, Bioink, and he offered me a refund of $12 as he didn't have any 7.1 oz. canisters. I wonder why he had them in the pictures on his page?? I refused, initially, and requested a return on them. Guess what?? He wanted ME to pay the return postage!! HE made the error but wanted me to pay for it! So, I decided to take the $12 refund, which he labeled as a "goodwill refund". At least I saved my postage.Now, Theraworx is outstanding. I suffer from extreme muscle cramps and I depend upon it to ease them. I strongly recommend it, just not from Bioink!!

I just received my second order. Theraworx works for me like a charm. With first indication of a cramp coming on, after a cramp has begun, to avoid having a cramp while out and about, and/or at bedtime to avoid awaking in the middle of the night with a cramp, I apply the liquid. The foam is packed for road trips. My concern is that I will become resistant to it over time, and I have no backup that works, but so far, so good.

This stuff really works for muscle cramps, and quickly too! I was taking some medicine for a few weeks that caused me to develop severe leg cramps, the kind that wake you up out of a sound sleep and have you crying in pain as you are trying to walk it off. I got some of this Theraworx foam, applied it to the cramping area, and within a few minutes the cramps eased up. Honest to goodness this really does work as advertised! What they don't advertise is what a god-send this product is for someone going through severe muscle cramps!!!

If you get leg and foot pains, especially in bed, this product is super! At first I didn't use it night after night but I shall, beginning tonight. It comes in foam and spray. I've always used the foam because my hands and fingers have arthritis and are too weak to push down on the button to spray with my finger. With the foam I can use the heel of my hand to push. Either spray straight onto what hurts or what might hurt later, or get a hand load and rub it on and it works almost instantly!

We use the spray formula, and it works great. My husband gets a lot of muscle cramps and this will work within a minute of spraying on the spot.My friend gets muscle cramps during the night. She sprays this on the area before bed and it has helped a lot.

I have purchased the foam spray several times for my 80-year-old mother and she was extremely happy and relieved with it. Last Time by mistake I order spray instead. Very disappointed !!!she told me that it does not work anything like the foam does.

I had used some of this product before at my parents house and it worked so well i wanted to purchase my own! I couldn’t tell when i used this product . I’m not sure why... the bottles were half full and nothing had leaked out in the package which led me to believe this had been used or not authentic i don’t know . I hate to write a bad review but really wish my product worked and was a full bottle ... thanks Lana Shaw

Spray bottle doesn’t work worth beans!! They need to fix this!! The product itself works great for leg cramps. Product is a 5 Star, the spray bottle is a 1 Star! Foaming is way better.
